BABY DEDICATION INFORMATION

Please find below the following information that is needed to Dedicate a baby.

• The Parents need to be Members of CRC George / CRC Mosselbay
• If a specific date is requested it needs to be communicated at least 6 weeks in advance
• The dates will be communicated on Homecell Notes Announcements.
• Information needed for the Baby Dedication Certificate needs to submitted using the form below, 3 weeks in advance. Printing can take a while as we use a printing company for the certificates.
